今日開放訂房日期為 2026-08-07 至2026-09-02 (即日起第4天至第30天)。
今日起算第30天之房間，自當日早上8:00整開放網路訂房。(以系統時間為基準)
若須預訂3天內的房間，請查詢訂房即時資訊若尚有空房，請逕洽遊客服務中心訂房049-2974511。
若您08:00前已於網頁上等待訂房，請進入「立即訂房」頁面等候，待08:00整，請「重新整理」網頁內容，更新訂房資訊，以利訂房。
完成訂房程序之遊客，系統會發送訂房成功之訊息，並發送e-mail通知，亦可登入會員於會員專區查看訂單。

本山莊為國民旅遊卡特約商店。

使用國旅卡及國外訂房之遊客，訂房成功後請暫勿繳款，並於繳費期限內以電話通知遊客服務中心人員049-2974511。
線上訂房僅收取定金，請遊客於住宿當日至遊客中心繳付餘額。
本山莊不提供加床、棉被、枕頭等被品服務。
訂房前請詳閱「」說明。
若有長者或行動不便須住宿於一樓，建議您訂綠野山莊，並請於訂房後與遊客中心聯絡。
本山莊為銀級環保旅館，客房不提供「牙刷、牙膏、浴帽、刮鬍刀、
瓶裝水、毛巾」…等；有提供浴巾、沐浴乳、洗髮乳、吹風機及飲水機。
為因應防治狂犬病疫情擴散，禁止攜帶寵物(哺乳類)進入園區。

※ The reservation is open for 3 to 3 days after today. Therefore, you may reserve an accommodation from ( 2010/09/27 ) to ( 2010/10/23) .
※ The accommodation charges in the peak season(10month to 2 month) are as the same as them on holidays.
※ The online reservation is open until 3 days before the day you will stay. If you don’t make the payment of the reservation in time, (in 3 days after the reservation made) the reservation will become uncompleted. If you have read there are [some vacancies] in 3 days before the day you will stay, please make your reservation by calling us.

The admission and food are not included in the accommodation charges (There is a restaurant inside this area).
For the hygienic reason, no pets are allowed inside the rooms.
If you need to cancel the reservation after you made the payment, please apply the payment returns online (Continue the original reservation). The account name of the payment return must be the same as the cancellation maker.

If you can not make the payment by the ATM, please visit the post offices or banks to fill out a money order with the following information:
Bank and branch: Bank of Taiwan, Chung-Hsin Village Branch (you may ask the clerk to write the Chinese for you)

Bank code: 004 branch code: 0130
Account: Nantou Forest District Office (you may ask the clerk to write the Chinese for you)
Invoice number: please fill the number on the booking invoice, and start from the left end.

The rules for deduction of cancellation: (apply from the 1st of July, 2007)
1.Deduct 100% of the payment return if the cancellation is made on the day booked.
2.Deduct 50% of the payment return if the cancellation is made in 3 to 6 days before the day booked.
3.Deduct 30% of the payment return if the cancellation is made in 7 to 13 days before the day booked.
4.No deduction if the cancellation is made in more than 14 days before the day booked.

Please notice that the check-in is after 3:00pm and check-out is before 11:00am.

If there are any personal reason that make you need to cancel the booking, and for your rights, please make the cancellation in more than 6 days before the day booked. The personal reasons do not include nature disasters such as typhoons, earthquakes, or road blocked, etc.
